Our staff simply consists of myself and Ms. Joyce Smith (Principal).
Sometimes we have volunteer parents come in and assist in office duties.
We follow the Bible in the "owe no man" concept. We have no debt in either
our personal lives or our professional lives. Through this concept, we are
able to be used full time as a vessel of God to provide this ministry. We
accept no pay, ever. This is our walk. What we charge is what it will cost
us to provide this for you. ACE gives us a huge discount as being an
Academy and we give over 96% of this to you. This alone drops your cost
dramatically. In addition, we found out that if we buy the score keys,
resource books, DVD's and manuals, then you don't have to. Instead you
just borrow ours. We charge a small deposit for the material borrowed in the 1st
enrollment, then just roll it over each re-enrollment. If Rover chews up a
score key, or it gets washed in the washing machine, we use that portion of your
deposit to replace it.
We are unique in a couple of ways. I wanted to explain why we do what
we do. If you wish to skip and scroll down to pricing I understand.
1st, we are the most affordable home-school academy in the world.
2nd, we are so different than any ACE type of academy you may have
experienced before. We have taken the use of ACE paces into the new era in how
we work with the parents and what we provide.
Being that you may have used this curriculum before, the basic concept of how
these paces can adapt to any child's situation has remained the same throughout
the years. Which, in my opinion, is the best part of ACE. No matter of whether
the child's ability is advanced, behind, slow, or quick to learn, the ACE paces
works! How our academy has taken this concept and improved it even further is we
flipped the concept some.
You do not enroll your children and then follow a set of rules that we
dictate. Instead, you enroll your children and we work for you! That’s right, we
want to serve you.
We adapt to each family and how they want to do their education for their
children and we adapt to that. We found this makes it a lot easier for the
parents, children, and us.
We have just two rules. 1st, keep attendance on each child. Since this is
required by every state, its a simple rule. We provide a blank attendance form
for you to complete each day showing when the child starts and when they stop.
2nd, we provide you with our version of the ACE goal card. This shows the
child's goal of what they want to complete each day in each subject. When the
two forms are completed each week, just scan them and email them to us. This
way, you have the original to keep on file as mandated by state law and we have a
copy.
From here out, no rules from us. You tell us how we can be most useful for
you with the resources we provide. Here is some of what we do provide for you to
make your job easier.
* We maintain all paperwork on each child.
* We grade all tests on each child.
* We provide an online transcript for each child that is viewable 24/7.
* We provide assistance to you for any questions you may have 24 hours a day.
That right, we never close!
* We provide free tutoring using visual Skype. Which is a program that is free
to download and free to use. By using this tool, we can tutor the child as if we
were sitting right next to them. It has proven to be an excellent resource. Also
it is a great tool for a one on one visual conference with parents. In addition,
by us providing this, you are not home-schooling, your enrolled in a virtual
academy.
* We are a 365 days school, so no matter what you decide your 180 day schedule
will be for the child, it fits in our schedule.
* You can join a semester, half-year, or full year at a time. You and your
budget can determine which is best suited for you. For example, a 6th grade
student cost would be $70.80 for a semester, or $141.60 for a half-year or
$283.20 for a full-year.
* We loan you our score keys, resource books, and DVD's so you do not have to
buy these. This is what keeps your cost down. No matter what time frame you
decide to join the deposit is usually no more than $28 (for 6 score keys and 1
resource book) and once you pay that, you only pay it one time. Each time you
re-enroll, we just roll-over the deposit.
Also the time frame is just a guessamate (sorry, my word!) . What I mean is,
a semester is typically 10 weeks to us. But this does not mean 10 weeks.
Remember, we are a 365 day school. During this 10 week semester, you may want to
take a 2 week vacation. No problem, we stop the semester when you leave on
vacation and start it back up when you get back! This is one of the many ways,
we adapt to the family.
As you can see, we have thought this program out extensively and figured how
to get the the most out of an academy for the parent and your child, and keep
the cost to the bare minimum. We understand each family situation is different,

As you can see, we love our academy and we love the children we have in every
state and 11 different countries. We are growing everyday now and we never
advertise outside of the little Ebay thing you may have seen. Our growth has 99%
been from a happy parent's word of mouth.
